Story: 'Wet Work'

The Facts:

A Ph.D. in physics and am a long time student of Buddhism and the martial arts. This eclectic background gives me a unique viewpoint that I try to express in my writing.

I’ve had moderate success placing stories and poems in magazines. My short stories have appeared in Zahir, Tales of the Talisman, Metal Scratches, CC&D, American Drivel Review, The Aphelion Webzine, Lullaby Hearse, Oracular Tree, MiniMAG, SamizDADA, Sunken Lines, Tabard Inn, Tidepools, and Words of Wisdom. I’ve published over a hundred poems in small press journals such as Pearl, Pudding, and Slipstream. One of my poems won second place in the 2007 African American Writers and Artists contest. My poetry chapbooks have been runners up twice in the San Diego Book Awards.
